Once a year, we will check your roof and homes exterior for over 50 common maintenance issues and photograph any problems we find! Plus, we will perform the following services at no additional cost during the service! Clean and tighten your gutters and downspouts, seal all vent pipes, nail pops, flashings, ridge vents, skylights, valleys, gable vents, chimneys, step flashing, dormers and vents for just $350.00!
For a limited time if needed, we will also include replacement of up to 5 missing or damaged shingles. Or we will replace one vent pipe gasket assembly at no additional cost!
